Why this make so much sense? It's a no-brainer!

Most people try to host their first retreat with no real-world experience, and most lose money and gain grey hair.

Retreat School gives you that experience before the stakes are real while also enjoying the benefits of an actual retreat.

  • Small group: No more than 10 participants

  • Hands-on facilitation practice

  • Direct, honest feedback from hosts and future retreat hosts like you

  • Learn and be inspired by watching peers lead in real time

  • Learn by making mistakes without financial or social impacts

  • Real retreat center environment that is stunning, beautiful, clean and healthy

  • Practical business and marketing training that is invaluable

  • Workbook included so you have something to lean on when needed

  • All meals and snack provided. Delicious, whole food, organic nourishment

  • Ground transportation between Hilo Airport and retreat center included

  • Island excursions included to Volcano National Park, Black Sand Beaches, and Waterfalls. The Big Island is INCREDIBLE!

  • Networking with potential collaborators who you will bond with during the week

  • Affordable compared with many retreat-leader "certifications" and mentorship programs

  • Ongoing support after the program to help your first retreat is successful and profitable

What Makes Retreat School different than retreat leader webinars or PDF retreat guides?

Most retreat courses teach you from behind a screen or by downloading a "Retreat How-To" PDF.  You and I both know that's boring, makes it only theoretical and lacks real world experience. There's nothing like hand-on training and learning. Period. There's nothing like Retreat School!

Retreat School puts you inside the real environment where you lead your skilled  offerings, have a safe place to make mistakes without financial or social consequences, and get to learn from others like you as well as successful retreat entrepreneurs who live the dream.

You will learn how retreats actually work by watching and being inside the moving parts of a retreat in real time: Calculating real world costs - Facilitation - Meal planning - transitions - Group energy and dynamics - Navigating difficult guests - Timing - Logistics - Unexpected challenges - Utilizing local resources to help you - Guest experience - Subtle details that cannot be fully understood from an online course, and waaay more...Full curriculum is below.

*For the cost of a regular vacation that does not include meals, participants receive an All-Inclusive Learning and Retreat Experience: Training, meals, ground transportation, lodging, hands-on practice, direct feedback, a take-home workbook, peer networking, island excursions, and an authentic Hawaiian cultural experience lead by a Kumu (Hawaiian word for guru or teacher) and authentic luau in a small group setting.

  • Vocal tone

  • Clarity

  • Group engagement

  • Timing

  • Over-talking

  • Nervous habits

  • Safety awareness

  • Facilitation flow

  • Leadership energy

Observe Other Facilitators in Real Time

This dramatically accelerates learning.
